As a renter, you are responsible for paying your rent on time, keeping your place safe and clean, and not damaging or allowing anyone else to damage your place. In return, you are protected against housing discrimination, entitled to live in safe and decent housing, and protected against unlawful eviction.

All rents are due and payable in cash or money order on the first of the month. A late fee will be assessed after the 5th of the month. A notice of eviction will be posted on delinquent units after the 10th of the month. If still unpaid a summary possession action will be filed within the month. This usually takes 7 days or less for a court proceeding.

Malicious damage will be criminally prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Upon vacating a property the keys must be turned into the office.

The property upon eviction will be left clean and free of all debris.
